The Stillman College Department of Intercollegiate Athletics competes at the Division II levels of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Stillman athletic teams compete in the 12-team Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). The conference includes Tuskegee, Albany State, Benedict, Claflin, Clark Atlanta, Fort Valley State, Kentucky State, Lane, LeMoyne-Owen, Miles, Morehouse, and Paine.

Stillman competes in the following sports;

Women Basketball, Cross Country, Softball Volleyball, Tennis, Track & Field

Men  Basketball, Baseball, Cross Country, Football, Tennis, Track & Field.
