STILLMAN ANNOUNCES ANNUAL RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM; CALLS FOR PROPOSALS
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (January 14, 2015) - Stillman College today announced that its annual Research Symposium will be held on March 17. The symposium allows for faculty and students to showcase their research through oral or poster presentations.
Students who are participating in research will be required to work with a faculty member and have their abstract reviewed within their respective department before an official submission. Seniors interested in presenting their thesis are encouraged to apply as well.
For faculty members who wish to participate, they should also submit their individual proposals to the Research Symposium Committee. Administrators may also submit proposals but are not eligible for an award.
Proposals must be in the form of a 150-word abstract with the designation indicated to present a poster or an oral presentation.
All proposals are due on January 31and may be sent via email to Dr. David Ngong at firstname.lastname@example.org.
