Stillman to Participate in Community Arts Conversation

TWENTY-FOUR ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE FEATURED AT

“COMMUNITY ARTS CONVERSATIONS”

(Tuscaloosa, AL)  Representatives from local arts and cultural organizations will gather at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 for “Community Arts Conversations.” Twenty-four groups will be present from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., offering both information and promotional items to the public during this free event.

 

Organized by The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa, the goal of the event is introduce local cultural organizations to the public and provide information about them and their staff on a personal level.   Citizens might be familiar with most of the groups but have never had the chance to meet the performers or administrators and discuss their craft and contribution to the community face to face. 

 

All groups will be offering a creative display plus additional items, such as promotional materials and season brochures. Discounted pricing for upcoming events may also be offered by some organizations.
