Baseball team honored

Albany, GA| The Stillman baseball team received honors yesterday at the SIAC tournament in Albany.
Five Tigers were named All-Conference and All - Academic SIAC.
2nd baseman Rey Valdes, who leads Stillman with a .424 batting average, was named 1st team ALL-SIAC.
OF Dion Bryant who is second on the team with a .383 batting average was named 1st team as well.
Shortstop Sean Blair was named second team ALL-SIAC with 11 homeruns and was also named ALL- Academic with the highest GPA in the SIAC with a 3.94 in Biology.
Designated Hitter Kyle McCreless was named second team ALL-SIAC along with Starting Pitcher Chase Wilson.
Stillman also won its fourth straight western division regular season title.
