Tuscaloosa, AL| On May 1st Chester Hightower became the NCAA DII South regional champion in Track and Field by winning the 200 meter race.

Christian Stokes also became champion in the discus throw and 2nd in the shot put throw. Overall, the Stillman Tiger Men’s team finished 5th out of 15 teams at the regional meet.
The Lady Tigers finished 7th out of 15 teams.

“Overall we had a good run this season granted only a limited amount of student athletes,” Coach Pierre Goode said.  I’m proud of my kids, they ran hard and we really look forward to bringing in some athletes to help us take over this conference next season.”
