Atlanta, GA| The Stillman College Tennis teams had their title hopes end on day two of the SIAC Tennis championships.  

In the second men’s semifinals, #2 Morehouse defeated #3 Stillman, 5-2. The Maroon Tigers swept the doubles matches led by the team of Tory Martin/Ben Seagle, who won their match 8-6. In singles, Seagle led the way for Morehouse by defeating Stillman’s Anes Hrjnic 6-2, 6-2.Stillman took third place in the tournament and ends the year  18-12 overall and 11-4 in conference play.

 In women’s action #1 Tuskegee defeated #5 Stillman 5-4. The Golden Tigers won two of the three doubles matches as the teams of Knight/Granda and Willoughby/Scott both won 8-1. Tuskegee’s Shaneka Knight led the way in singles by defeating Stillman’s Olivia Hall 6-2, 6-1. Stillman finishes the year 12-18 overall and 8-7 conference play.
