Tennis Teams Fall to Mobile

The Stillman Tennis teams were in action Wednesday afternoon at Bowers Park.
The Stillman Men would fall to Mobile 7-2 and The Lady Tigers would lose 5-4. In singles action, Stillman’s Jeshua Izrabel would win the only set for the men 7-6, and 10-7 over Mobile’s Guillerme Lorencon. Mobile would take the remaining 5 singles matches.
In doubles action, Stillman’s, Felipe Farias and Jeshua Izrabel teamed up for victory over Mobile’s Ricky Weghorst and Guillerme Lorencon, 8-6.
For the Lady Tigers, Whitney Horner, Lakisha Andry, and Andrea McCorvey all won their singles matches on the evening.
Mobile would come back and take the next two out of three doubles matches and took the win on the day 5-4 over Stillman.
Stillman will travel to Alabama -Huntsville Saturday.
