The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to serve the Stillman community. Additionally, this office maintains the official repository of student enrollment, registration and academic records of current and formerly enrolled students. The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing efficient registration and records maintenance services for Stillman’s academic programs and departments.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registering Stillman students, reporting grade information and maintaining academic records. The office is responsible for establishing the process of entering courses in the Student System and maintaining an accurate schedule of courses which are earmarked for student enrollment. The office of the Registrar provides assistance to students with name and address changes, enrollment certifications, registration, schedule adjustments after the drop/add period, graduation.
Stillman College recognizes the importance of providing access to course and degree requirements found within both print and digital College Catalogs and ensures that all College Catalogs are archived within the Registrar’s Office. Current students, former students, other institutions, employers, or the general public can request information regarding information contained within the College Catalogs by contacting the Registrar’s Office. Requests for information can be made in person at the Registrar’s Office in 201 Batchelor Hall, by phone at 205-349-4240 ext. 8815, or by email at aedison@stillman.edu.
Students expecting to graduate at the end of the upcoming semester must complete and submit the Application for Graduation to the Department Chair by the date indicated on the Academic Calendar for that semester.
