Building a Diverse STEM Pipeline

Stillman College will host the Verizon Innovative Learning STEM Achievers program, a free three-week summer enrichment program designed for middle school students. This engaging, hands-on program aims to ignite a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields through project-based learning in areas like design thinking, 3D printing, augmented reality, and social entrepreneurship. The program is specifically designed to create a more diverse pipeline for future STEM careers and welcomes all genders and non-binary youth with no prior experience necessary.

Running from June 3rd to June 28th, the program offers an in-person learning experience with lunch provided. Transportation assistance will also be available in select locations to ensure accessibility. Interested students and families can learn more by contacting Dean Andrew Robertson at arobertson@stillman.edu.
