Stillman College invites applications for a full-time, nine-month faculty position in Management within the School of Business, beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). The College seeks acollaborative, student-focused educator committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Management, including Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and related courses
• Advise and mentor business students, particularly Management majors
• Participate in curriculum review and development aligned with contemporary industry practices
• Contribute to assessment and accreditation activities consistent with IACBE standards
• Engage in scholarly and professional development to enhance teaching and subject matter expertise
• Participate in School of Business and College-wide committees, recruitment initiatives, and community engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated professional experience related to management disciplines
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and student success in a diverse academic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Management, Business Administration, or closely related field (completed or ABD)
• College-level teaching experience (in person and/or online)
• Evidence of scholarly or applied professional activity
•  Familiarity with instructional technology and student-centered learning approaches
