Complaint Process for Distance Learners under SARA

State Authorization Complaint Process

Stillman College participates in the State Authorized Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)
and is committed to providing students with clear communication and information
regarding the instructional experience at the College. In the event that a student’s
experience is different from what was expected, Stillman has a published complaint
procedure
intended to rectify any situation a student may encounter. In the event that
the institution’s process does not fully address the student’s concern, the student has
the opportunity to file a complaint using the NC-SARA site that provides guidance on
the State Authorization Portal and the NC-SARA complaint process.
