STEM majors at Stillman College have a new option for financial aid. Stillman College has joined the Student Freedom , a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the social mobility of students attending a minority serving institution.
Participating students will receive mentorship, access to next-gen technology and hands-on training. The initiative provides engaging programming where sixth- to eighth-grade students can learn design thinking, 3D printing, augmented reality and social entrepreneurship.
Black Tech Policy Week will be held virtually April 25-29 and will offer attendees the opportunity to engage in “thoughtful, provocative conversations about Black tech ecosystems and digital equity.”
Institutions expand long-running concurrent enrollment agreement to include access to accelerated master’s classes, early grad school advising and funded graduate assistantships.
