Description

Stillman College invites applications for the position of Stillman LIFEE Campus Coordinator within the Division of Student Success. This dynamic, full-time role supports neurodiverse learners through the Stillman LIFEE (Learning Is For Everyone Everywhere) program—a Comprehensive Transition Program (CTP) designed to promote academic, social, and career readiness for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with registration and monitor academic progress toward CTP completion.
  • Develop individualized programs of study using the Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope (PATH) model.
  • Collaborate with faculty to create learning contracts and academic modifications tailored to student needs.
  • Facilitate weekly seminars on functional life skills and independent living.
  • Coordinate with local school districts to identify potential candidates and provide skill-readiness training.
  • Maintain comprehensive student portfolios documenting academic work, internships, and social engagement.
  • Support the Executive Director with recruitment, administrative duties, fundraising initiatives, and media content.
  • Train and support peer mentors working with Stillman LIFEE students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, special education, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with neurodiverse students in educational or community-based settings.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • A passion for inclusive education and student development.
